One Greenway is built.

It is located at 1 Rose Kennedy Greenway. The two building complex is built by the Asian Community Development Corporation. It is made up of a 21-story, 217-unit north tower, a 95-unit mid-rise building at the corner of Albany Street and Hudson Street, and 51 condominiums at 88 Hudson Street completed in December 2017.
